Registration Notices

• Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
• Your registration will NOT be confirmed until the payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you.
• The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI journals.
• Kindly input the paper ID when making the payment. You will receive an official confirmation email and an e-copy of official receipt within 5 days after receipt of the required fees.

   Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. For listeners, please contact us to generate an ID for you.

• Wire Transfer
   Please contact the Conference Secretary via nefes@intergridconf.org for bank details. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Cancellation Policy

• Before and on September 10th: Full Refund;
• From September 11th to October 15th: 50% of Payment Refund;
• After October 15th: No Refund.

Note: When we return the registration fee to you, there will be about 5% service fee charged by Paypal.
